What 200 ANSI and native 720p mean at home
- The TURN1 is not a native 4K projector. Decoding a 4K source does not add pixels to the 1280 × 720 panel.
- Ambient light washes out the image. It is not intended to replace a high-brightness office or daylight projector.
- Focus is manual. Position the lens as square to the wall as possible before using keystone correction.
- We do not promise a particular corner-to-corner sharpness, gaming input-lag figure, Bluetooth audio delay or “zero blur” result without a published test.
- The internal 3W speaker is suitable for basic use; a separate speaker may be preferable for films. The current verified specification does not list a 3.5mm AUX port.
- Keep ventilation openings clear. If you see a fixed dust spot, brown patch, unusual fan noise or warm focus drift, stop using the unit and contact support rather than opening the casing.
Apps, Netflix, DRM and external devices
- For the most reliable access to Netflix, Prime Video, Disney+ and similar services, use a separately purchased certified streaming device through HDMI.

Is this native 4K, 1080p or 720p?
It is native 1280 × 720. The H723 can decode certain inputs up to 4K at 30fps, but the projected image is still produced by the native 720p panel.
Can I use it during the daytime?
It is designed primarily for dim or dark rooms. A smaller image and controlled ambient light produce the best result.
Will Netflix work in HD?
Netflix certification and HD playback are not claimed for TURN1. For predictable streaming-service compatibility, use a certified HDMI streaming device.
Is the fan silent?
No measured dB figure is currently published, so we do not describe it as silent. A cooling fan is required during use.
Can the USB port power a Fire TV Stick?
