Returns Policy

We offer a 30-day return policy in addition to your statutory rights under UK law.

For change-of-mind returns, customers are responsible for return postage unless the item is faulty, damaged or not as described.

To be eligible for a change-of-mind return, the projector should be unused, in its original packaging and returned with all accessories, including the remote control, power cable, manual and accessory box.

Please contact support@xbjprojector.co.uk before sending a return. We will confirm eligibility and provide the correct UK return reference and return address.

Items sent back without first contacting us may not be accepted.

If your item is faulty, damaged or not as described, please contact us as soon as possible. This does not affect your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
